2. Free postage is available for wholesale orders over $300.00 to Australian destinations only.

3. Postage is calculated and added on top of orders cost for all international & Aust. Under $300.

4. Payment in advance for first order, with further orders given the opportunity to negotiate a 30 day payment option.

5.As certain items are only made to order, your order will be ready to post within 5 to 10 days, with Australia Post tracking details If there is a delay in making your order items, we will advise you within 24 hours of the order the extent of any proposed delay.

6. All orders will be posted using Australia Post standard mail service and Australia Post boxes to enable the best price for delivery.

7. Minimum orders:

Jewellery: all items must be in packs of no less than 5 (of the same)

Puzzles: all items must be in packs of no less than 3.

Puzzle orders can be made up from a selection.

8. No item can be advertised at a lower price than what is listed on our website. Please advise us in writing if you wish to sell our items at a discount price due to end of season sale or to encourage buyer interest.

9. We are happy to provide images for media advertisement of our products, however, the listed price must not undercut our own pricing.

Ordering & payment of your invoice will signify an agreeing to and an adherence to these terms.
